Too often, individuals facing mental health challenges and addiction find themselves navigating environments where they feel unseen, misunderstood, and treated merely as medical files rather than people.
Trust Medical Centre was born out of a deep conviction that healthcare must be fundamentally human. The founder recognized a critical gap where patient care lacked deep, personal connection. In response, we built an alliance that goes beyond treating superficial symptoms. The Rooted Alliance focuses on restoring the entire human being, mind, body, and emotionally, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors is genuinely seen, heard, and valued.
Penta Eco Technologies (Pentaecotech)

Pentaecotech serves as the structural, technical, and digital backbone of The Rooted Alliance. Recognizing that sustainable rehabilitation requires more than localized, isolated care, Pentaecotech instills professional management structures, data-driven optimization, and scalable technical frameworks into the ecosystem.
At the heart of Pentaecotech’s mission is a profound passion for youth training and professional capacity building. We believe that true restoration is incomplete without equipping the next generation with the tangible skills needed to thrive in a modern economy. By designing structured ICT literacy programs, technical workshops, and organizational training frameworks, we actively transform recovering youth into capable, tech-savvy leaders ready for the workforce.
This commitment to youth empowerment directly fuels the alliance’s global outreach through the integration of the Afya Moja Initiative. Formulated in partnership with UK-based philanthropist Mary Winnie Wangari Kangu , this project builds a digital bridge connecting local health systems with Kenya’s vast global diaspora professional network. Through this initiative, Pentaecotech develops mobile health platforms, deploys SMS-based community health tracking, and facilitates cross-border telemedicine networks that connect international doctors and specialists directly with local patients and medical students. This global network doubles as a powerful mentorship channel, offering local youth and students unprecedented access to international professional coaching. Through these integrated digital and training solutions, Pentaecotech elevates the alliance’s standards of care, actively combats mental health stigma, improves primary health literacy, and ensures our entire ecosystem remains innovative, globally connected, and universally accessible.
Awake Christian Initiative (ACI)
Spiritual Rooting & Leadership Mentorship
Driven by a profound passion for youth transformation, the Awake Christian Initiative (ACI) serves as the moral, spiritual, and character-building anchor of The Rooted Alliance. ACI focuses on moving young people away from the instability, isolation, and chaos of life’s challenges toward a deep-seated foundation of resilience, faith, and purpose.
Recognizing that sustainable restoration requires a profound internal identity shift, ACI provides intensive spiritual mentorship, values-based coaching, and intentional life-skills cultivation. Rather than viewing individuals through the cold lens of a clinical case or focusing solely on their past mistakes, ACI treats every young person as a whole human being who is fully capable of growth.
At the core of ACI’s methodology is the creation of a nurturing, stigma-free peer community. This safe environment allows youth to break free from the shame often associated with recovery, ensuring they feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Through structured mentorship circles, restorative group dynamics, and character-development programs, ACI patiently walks beside individuals and their families step-by-step. By focusing on accountability, integrity, and moral grounding, ACI equips the next generation to shed the weight of their past and step confidently back into society, not just as recovered individuals, but as values-driven, resilient community leaders.
